I'm always looking for a great printed blouse. I find a black/white print most versatile, so when I see one on the rack I am immediately drawn to it. The print looks like splotchy polka-dots. I'm not the biggest fan of the fabric that H&M uses for their blouses, but this particular top felt pretty nice to the touch. The problem I usually have with button up blouses at H&M is that it's too tight across the front of the shoulders. This blouse was no exception:
It certainly looks like it fits, but I am slouching slightly to prevent pulling across the shoulders and to prevent gapping between the buttons. This blouse had so much potential, but just didn't fit me well in my usual size 4. A size 6 would have surely been too boxy around the body. This sells for $29.95CA.
I came across this cute peplum button down that's a similar to the Tibi blouse Anh from 9to5chic wears on her blog here in cream and here in black:
Again, this was tight across the shoulders for me in a size 4. The sleeves were also a bit long. I'm not sure if you can tell, but the fabric is sheer. If you plan on wearing this to work, it will need a camisole underneath. The price for this is $34.95CA.
Finally, I saw this blazer online but I hadn't seen it in store last weekend. I only noticed it this time around as I was waiting in line for the fitting room and it was hanging on one of the racks close by:
I liked the idea of it since I'm still on the hunt for a white blazer, and it fit well in a size 4, but I wished the sleeves were full length instead of 3/4 sleeved I am also not a huge fan of the material. It is polyester, but it didn't feel as good a quality as the blazer I purchased last week although it is fully lined. It felt somewhat like a sweatshirt material. The price for this is $59.95CA.
Printed bottoms are big again for spring and H&M has quite a few of them. Unfortunately, bottoms don't fit me well there at all. However, if you do well with H&M bottoms, it's a great time to check them out.

Ooh I have that spotted blouse! I'm sorry that it didn't work out for you. :(
H&M sizing seems to be all over the place lately! Bottoms do not fit me as well, which is it a bit sad because they make great printed pants at super cheap price points for those who want to experiment without fully committing!

What a cool printed blouse and cut of the blazer. Too bad your normal size doesn't fit you properly. A size up and you'd be swimming in those clothes.
You look gorgeous.
I love your sense of style.
